The Key Contacts serve as the primary communication link from IVRF and its Committees to each congregation and its leadership and members.

• Two individuals from each IVRF member congregation should be chosen to serve as Key Contacts.
• At least one Key Contact should be present at each bimonthly IVRF meeting.  
• Key Contacts are responsible for communicating with their congregation’s leadership when necessary to facilitate event planning or volunteer activities. 
• Key Contacts play an important role in mobilizing members of their congregation to turn out to IVRF events and activities.
